This letter is because of your letter of complaint with regards to our product that was delivered to you on December 13, 2009.
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience we brought to you created by our failure. We take great care to ensure that our products will reach our customer in a good condition, although due to unavoidable circumstances we failed to check our machine and forgot to manage our products well.
In light with this, we have decided to replace the damaged product, which we hope will be acceptable to you, and hope also that this will provide a reason for continuing our business relationship with you.
